David is a qualified legal executive in the Litigation Department. Having spent twelve years in a City firm, David joined Wortley Byers in 1978. David deals with a wide variety of contentious work both in the High Court and the County Court, acting for both private clients and businesses. David also has considerable experience in dealing with matrimonial financial issues and employment matters and is a member of the Wortley Byers Employment Unit.
