John Southan qualified as a Solicitor in July 2006 having trained at Talfourds Solicitors in Hornchurch, Essex in both commercial and residential property.

He joined Wortley Byers LLP in October 2007 and specialises in a wide range of commercial property transactions including sale and purchase, leases, re-mortgages and development projects.
