Julia Perks
Julia qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Wortley Byers in January 2008 after having previously trained and worked at Tolhurst Fisher in Chelmsford and then Thompson Smith and Puxon in Colchester.

Julia specialises in a broad range of commercial property work including the sale and acquisition of commercial property, the taking and granting of leases and secured lending.
