Poh Shan qualified as a barrister at the Law of Middle Temple in 1982 but soon transferred to being a solicitor in 1998. Poh Shan specialises in wills, probate, tax, trusts, elderly client issues, court of protection work and lasting powers of attorney. Before joining Wortley Byers, Poh Shan previously worked at Gepp & Sons in Chelmsford for 6 years. Poh Shan is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society and is fluent in Hakka and Cantonese with the ability to also converse in Malay.
Poh Shan was appointed Associate on the 1st January 2007.
