of the property, mortgage obligations, searches
and enquiries, all of which we will consider to
provide a comprehensive report and understanding
of the individual transaction.

with freehold and leasehold property. Our experienced

conveyancers will provide an estimate of the legal
fees and expenses that will be incurred and provide
supporting information throughout the transaction.
You will receive and be entitled to retain copies
of all relevant documents and be provided with full
copies of the deeds after registration at H M Land
Registry or tenancy agreements as appropriate.
