Rachel is a Solicitor within the Litigation Department and joined the firm in September 2009. Prior to this she trained at Steeles Law LLP in London.

Rachel has experience of advising on a range of commercial disputes including contract disputes, libel, insolvency, debt recovery, intellectual property disputes, partnership disputes, employment disputes and shareholder disputes.

She also has experience of advising on a range of property disputes including possession claims (residential and commercial), recovery of rent arrears, service charge disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and construction disputes.
