Shereen is a Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial department and joined the firm in October 2011. Prior to this she trained at Miller Rosenfalck LLP in London. Shereen has experience in a range corporate and commercial matters including acquisitions, terms and conditions, corporate structuring, formations, shareholders agreements and sale and supply agreements. She also has experience of advising on intellectual property matters, particularly trade mark and copyright.
