Stephen Chandler
Stephen qualified in 1975 having completed his training with a City of London firm when he then joined Wortley Byers LLP becoming a partner in 1978. Stephen has been very much involved in the commercial development of the firm and has seen it grow from a three partner firm to the present day. Stephen specialises in commercial property and asset transactions including development, property investment and landlord and tenant and is also involved with the environmental law aspects of transactions. Stephen has a wealth of experience across different spectrums of the law from previous general practice within the firm and applies a commercial and practical approach.
