Sue Dowman qualified as a solicitor in 2001 having previously qualified as a Legal Executive in 1997. Sue spent four years working in the Intellectual Property Department of Eversheds (London) before joining Wortley Byers. As well as specialising in all aspects of intellectual property law particularly in relation to trade marks, passing off and copyright, Sue has experience of corporate and commercial transactions and employment law.

Sue is a member of the Wortley Byers Employment Unit. Sue became a Partner on 1 January 2008 and is involved in the marketing of Wortley Byers as the Partner responsible for co-ordinating its strategy to help build established relationships with clients and contacts.
