Wendy is a commercial litigation solicitor with 20 years experience. She deals with all commercial disputes including contract, professional negligence and administrative law. Wendy advises on the control of companies, director's duties and partnership disputes. She has considerable experience in all aspects of insolvency and frequently acts for receivers and liquidators in recovery actions. Wendy became a Partner on 1st January 2008.
