Wortley Byers Law Spotlights New Team Members and Expansion
Wortley Byers Law is pleased to announce the addition of solicitor Caroline Andrews and consultant Colin Smith to their growing Family Law team.
Caroline qualified in 2007 and spent 12 years in the family law department at an established Leigh-on-Sea firm. Caroline has developed a unique understanding of fertility law from surrogacy to legal parenthood issues which has been recognised in national awards.
As well as being a member of Resolution, Caroline is accredited by the Law Society on their Advanced Family Law Panel as a specialist in matrimonial and children act matters.
Colin completes the team by providing specialist assistance to clients in high value, complex, divorce and family breakdown, family and commercial mediation cases. A trained collaborative lawyer, Colin also has a history of being an active member of various regional groups, namely the National Family Mediators Association and Mediation Council, Family Court of Appeal and Collaborative Lawyers. He has also broadcast and written papers on family law and mediation.
